MANILA, Philippines – On Valentine’s Day, Sunday, February 14, the entire archipelago will continue to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin on Saturday, February 13, PAGASA said the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the Eastern Visayas and Caraga regions, in the next 24 hours. 

The easterlies are still affecting the eastern section of the country.

Light to moderate winds will blow from the east to southeast over Luzon, and from the east to northeast over Visayas and Mindanao. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
