MANILA, Philippines – 

Several parts of the Philippines will experience cloudy skies on Monday, February 15, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its weather bulletin on Sunday, February 14, PAGASA said that Bicol region, Central and Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula, will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

It will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies over Metro Manila and the rest of the country with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in Eastern Visayas and CARAGA.

Easterlies is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Winds blowing from the northeast over Northern Luzon meanwhile, will be moderate to occassionally strong with moderate to occassionally rough seas. The rest of the archipelago will be light to moderate from the east to northeast and slight to moderate coastal waters.
