Cloudy Monday for Bicol region, Aurora and Quezon provinces

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with prevail over the Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon on Monday, March 28, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin, the weather agency said that these skies will bring light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms.

Cagayan Valley region, on the other hand, will also experience cloudy skies but with light rains while regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, and the rest of Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the Philippines, including Metro Manila, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA added that the tail-end of a cold front is affecting the eastern section of Central and Southern Luzon while a northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon as coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, light to moderate winds from the east to northeast will prevail, bringing slight to moderae seas.
