MANILA, Philippines – The Philippines will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Monday, April 11, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin, the weather agency said that these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao. 

Winds over Luzon will be light to moderate and will come from east to southeast while the rest of the country will come from the east to northeast. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The ridge of high pressure area is extending over Luzon, while easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao
