MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will affect the whole country on Friday, April 15, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, April 14, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The ridge of high pressure area is extending over Luzon and Visayas, while easterlies are affecting Mindanao.

Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas, and from the east over Mindanao. Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
