Partly cloudy skies for PH on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – The entire country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Thursday, April 21, says the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its Wednesday evening bulletin, the agency said there is also a chance of isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms all over the country. Thunderstorms are likely particularly in the eastern section of the archipelago.

The eastern section can also expect moderate to strong winds, making it likely that ocean waters in this area will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere in the country, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer sea waters.
