MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over the whole Philippines on Monday, April 24, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin, the weather agency added that these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao.

Winds from the east to southeast over Luzon will be light to moderate. The rest of the country will experience winds coming from the east to northest. 

Coastal waters across the archipelago, meanwhile, will be slight to moderate.
