MANILA, Philippines – Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Friday, April 29, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, April 28, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. 

The ridge of high pressure area is affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, while easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Light to moderate winds will blow from the east to southeast over Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, and from the east over the rest of the country. Coastal seas will be slight to moderate throughout the archipelago.
