MANILA, Philippines – It will be partly cloudy across the Philippines on Labor Day, May 1, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon weather bulletin on Saturday, April 30, PAGASA said that partly cloudy to cloudy skies will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago, with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. 

Meanwhile, the easterlies are still affecting the eastern section of the country.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from the northeast over extreme northern Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Elsewhere, PAGASA said winds from the east will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas.
