MANILA, Philippines – Skies will be cloudy in Caraga and Davao regions on Sunday, May 22, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm weather bulletin on Saturday, May 21, PAGASA said that light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over these areas within the next 24 hours.

An intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is continuing to affect southern Mindanao, added PAGASA.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Light to moderate winds from southeast to south will prevail over Luzon, and from east to southeast over the rest of the archipelago. Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate.
