MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Davao, SOCCSKSARGEN, ARMM, Zamboanga Peninsula, Eastern Visayas, Bicol as well as the provinces of Palawan, Quezon, and Aurora on Monday June 20, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm weather bulletin released Sunday, PAGASA said Metro Manila and the rest of the country can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas, while an intertropical convergence zone is affecting Southern Mindanao.

Coastal waters at the Extreme Northern Luzon will be moderate to occasionally rough because of moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to southeast.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east, causing slight to moderate seas.
