Light rains for VisMin, Mimaropa on Sunday

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced over Visayas, Mindanao, Bicol, and Mimaropa on Sunday, July 3, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.  

In its 5 pm weather bulletin released on Saturday, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will persist over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. 

Mindanao can expect light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to west. The rest of the country, meanwhile, will have slight to moderate seas caused by winds coming from the southwest to southeast.

An intertropical converence zone is still affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
