MANILA, Philippines – Tropical storm “Ofel” has already left the Philippine Area of Responsibility, weather bureau PAGASA said on Friday, October 26.

In its 5pm bulletin, PAGASA noted that as of 4pm Ofel was located 570 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.4 °N, 114.2 °E), with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h and gusts of up to 100 km/h.

The tropical storm is moving West-Northwest at 22 km/h, and is expected to be 800 km West of Dagupan City by tomorrow morning.

All public storm signal warnings have been lifted.

Strong to gale force wind is still expected to affect the northern seaboard of Northern Luzon and the western seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon.
