MANILA, Philippines – Visayas and Mindanao, as well as parts of Luzon, will have light to moderate rain and thunderstorms on Sunday, October 30, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon weather bulletin on Saturday, October 29, PAGASA said that the skies will be cloudy over Visayas, Mindanao, the regions of Bicol and Mimaropa, and the province of Quezon within the next 24 hours.

An intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is still affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Meanwhile,  Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rain.

In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
