MANILA, Philippines – Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the country on Monday, October 31.
In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Sunday, October 30, state weather bureau PAGASA said the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
