MANILA, Philippines – The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will continue to affect Mindanao and a cold front is expected in Batanes, weather bureau PAGASA said on Sunday, November 18.

The ITCZ will bring cloudy weather with occasional light to moderate rein to South Cotabato and the CARAGA and Davao regions in the South, while up in the North, the provinces of Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao and Cagayan are set to experience cloudy skies with light rain.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated brief rain mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Luzon and Eastern Visayas will have moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and moderate to tough coastal waters.
