MANILA, Philippines – The northeast monsoon or hanging amihan is affecting weather in Luzon while certain parts of the Philippines can expect rainshowers, weather bureau PAGASA said in its Saturday weather bulletin. 

Bicol, Caraga and Davao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms while Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Quezon will experience light rains.

Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.
