MANILA, Philippines – There are now 15 areas under signal number 1 due to Tropical Depression Maring, which maintained its strength late Monday evening, September 11.
In a bulletin issued 11 pm on Monday, state weather bureau PAGASA said Maring is already 190 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon, moving west northwest at 13 kilometers per hour (km/h).
