MANILA, Philippines – The southwest monsoon is expected to bring rain to parts of the country on Wednesday, September 20.
In a bulletin issued 4 pm on Tuesday, September 19, state weather bureau PAGASA said the southwest monsoon is affecting Southern Luzon, the Visayas, and Mindanao.
On Wednesday, there will be light to moderate rain in the province of Masbate, the regions of Mimaropa, Western Visayas, and Central Visayas, as well as Mindanao.
