MANILA, Philippines – A low pressure area (LPA) off Virac, Catanduanes, will bring scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Bicol and the provinces of Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Aurora, and Quezon on Sunday, October 8, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 4 pm bulletin Saturday, October 7, PAGASA said the LPA was located 295 kilometers north northeast of Virac, Catanduanes.
