MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Odette slightly intensified as it continued moving over the West Philippine Sea early Thursday morning, October 12.

In a bulletin issued past 8 am on Thursday, state weather bureau PAGASA said Odette is already 655 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, still moving west northwest at a fast 26 kilometers per hour (km/h).

The tropical depression now has maximum winds of 55 km/h and gustiness of up to 65 km/h.
