MANILA, Philippines – Rain and clouds are in forecast in many parts of the Philippines for Saturday, February 16, the state weather bureau said in its daily bulletin, as the northeast monsoon continues to affect the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas.  

The cities of Tuguegarao, Legaspi and Puerto Prinsesa can expect light rains or passing light rains while Metro Davao will be cloudy with rainshowers and thunderstorms. 

The following areas will have partly cloudy skies with brief rains:

  • Laoag City
  • Baguio City
  • Subic
  • Clark
Meanwhile, cloudy skies and isolated rainshowers can be expected in:
  • Iloilo City
  • Bacolod City
  • Metro Cebu
  • Cagayan De Oro City
  • Zamboanga City

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, Pagasa said.
