MANILA, Philippines – Light to moderate winds from the East will bring scattered rain showers and cloudy skies to several regions, including Metro Manila. 

The state weather bureau, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said on Saturday, March 23 that the following provinces and regions will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms:

  • Batanes
  • Aurora
  • Quezon
  • MIMAROPA
  • Bicol
  • Eastern Visayas

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will also be affected by partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the afternoon of Saturday.
