MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Zoraida is now moving closer to the eastern seaboard of Mindanao, state weather bureau PAGASA said Monday afternoon, November 11.

As of 4 pm Monday, the tropical depression was located 634 km southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur, with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center.

The system is expected to be 810 km west of Ambulong, Batangas by Thursday, November 14.
