Cloudy Tuesday for north Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over northern and central Luzon Tuesday, February 11, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, added PAGASA in its 24-hour weather forecast.

The northern parts of Luzon – particularly the Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon regions – will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

It will also be cloudy over the Surigao provinces, with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

There are no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau added.
