Cloudy Saturday for parts of Luzon, Visayas

Bicol region, Mimaropa, and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. 

A typhoon (international name: Neoguri) was also spotted 1,410 km east northeast of Virac, Catanduanes as of 4 am Saturday.

Metro Manila and the the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the southwest to west over Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. They will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southwest over the rest of the country.
