MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Henry (Matmo) maintained its strength as it moved northwest at 19 kilometers per hour (kph), state weather bureau Pagasa said in its 5 am bulletin Sunday, July 20.

At 4 am, Henry’s eye was spotted 445 kilometers east of Borongan, Eastern Samar. It had maximum sustained winds of 120 kph and gustiness of up to 150 kph.

Pagasa said Bicol region and Visayas would be cloudy with moderate to occasional heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila, MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Caraga, Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao will have cloudy skies, with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
