MANILA, Philippines – According to state weather service PAGASA, a low pressure area (LPA) was estimated to be 200 kilometers northeast of Virac, Catanduanes, embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Luzon.

PAGASA also said that Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies, along with light to moderate rainshowers and possible thunderstorms.
