MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Saturday, October 25, for Mindanao, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 
In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, October 24, PAGASA said these skies will be accompanied with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. An intertropical convergence zone is also affecting the area. 
Meanwhile, a northeast monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon. The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the conutry will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 
Coastal seas will be moderate to occasionally rough as moderate to occasionally strong winds blow from the northeast over Luzon and Eastern Visayas.
Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north.
