Cloudy Sunday for many parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – It will be cloudy for many parts of Luzon on Sunday, November 16, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm weather bulletin on Saturday, PAGASA said that the tail-end of a cold front is affecting northern and central Luzon.

As a result, the Cagayan Valley region and the provinces of Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.

Meanwhile, the Ilocos region, the rest of the Cordillera and Central Luzon regions, plus the provinces of Batangas, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Albay will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Elsewhere in the country, including Metro Manila, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
