MANILA, Philippines – Tropical storm Ruby (Hagupit) has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), state weather bureau PAGASA reported Wednesday, December 10.
According to PAGASA, as of 10pm, the center of Ruby was located 320 km North Northeast of Pagasa Island, Palawan. Ruby has maximum winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 100kph. It is forecasted to move West at 15 kph.
