Traffic advisory for September 21 National Day of Protest

MANILA, Philippines – On Thursday, September 21, protesters are expected to flood the streets as the day marks the 45th anniversary of Martial Law declaration.

The day has also been declared a National Day of Protest by President Rodrigo Duterte.

This will affect roads, especially in Manila where the biggest protests will happen. (READ: LIST: Martial Law 45th anniversary activities, protests)

While there are no road closures, the Manila Police District (MPD) expects the following roads to be impassable – listed below them are alternate routes.
