MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy and possibly rainy Sunday, July 26, across the archipelago state weather bureau Pagasa said in a weather bulletin released Saturday, July 25.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain storms will prevail over the country, Pagasa said.

Islands in Luzon can expect light to moderate winds from the southwest while the rest of the country can expect the same coming from the south to southwest, it added. Coastal waters in the entire country, meanwhile, will be slight to moderate.

A Low Pressure Area was spotted 500 kilometers northeast of Tuguegarao city as of 4 pm Saturday, Pagasa said.
