MANILA, Philippines – The entire Philippines can expect cloudy skies on Tuesday, July 28, as well as some isolated thunderstorms, says the country’s weather bureau.

Winds all over the archipelago are likely to be light to moderate, adds the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its Monday evening bulletin.

These winds will cause ocean waters all over the country to be slight to moderate.
