The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) recorded “light to moderate rainfall (1.0-7.0 mm/hr)” over Metro Manila for the past 2 hours.
But PAGASA still advised residents to monitor the weather condition and watch out for next updates.
The alert signals had been erratic throughout Wednesday and early morning Thursday.
