MANILA, Philippines – It will be a cloudy Saturday, August 29, for Bicol region and the Visayas, said state weather bureau PAGASA. 

As of 4 pm Friday, August 28, the low pressure area earlier spotted by PAGASA was located 180 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar. 

Bicol region and the Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms in the next 24 hours. 

The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to southeast over Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, and from the northeast to northwest over the rest of the country.
