MANILA, Philippines – It will be a partly cloudy Saturday, February 20, for the whole country, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, February 19, PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies will bring isolated light rains over the region of Cagayan Valley, and isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country. 

A northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon. 

Light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast over Northern Luzon and from the east to northeast over the rest of the country will cause slight to moderate seas.
