Cloudy Sunday for Cagayan, Isabela

MANILA, Philippines – The provinces of Cagayan and Isabela will have cloudy skies with light rains on Sunday, February 21, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

This is due to the northeast monsoon continuing to affect northern Luzon.

In its afternoon bulletin on Saturday, February 20, PAGASA added that in the next 24 hours, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains is expected over the rest of the Cagayan Valley region, as well as in the Ilocos and Cordillera regions.

It will also be partly cloudy to cloudy but with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over northern Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate elsewhere, as light to moderate winds will prevail from the east to northeast.
