MANILA, Philippines – Party cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines on Monday, February 22, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its afternoon bulletin released on Sunday, February 21, PAGASA said that regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will experience cloudy skies with light rains while Ilocos Region wil have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

A northeast monsoon is also affecting Northern Luzon.

Northern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds from the northease that will bring moderate to rough coastal waters. The rest of the country, meanwhile, will have light to moderate winds from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
