MANILA, Philippines – The regions of Caraga and Davao will have cloudy skies on Saturday, November 19, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin on Friday, November 18, PAGASA said these skies will be accompanied with moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. 

At 4 pm Friday, a low pressure area was located at 215 km southeast of Davao City. 

Visayas and the rest of Mindanao will also experience cloudy skies but with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. 

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Northern Luzon and Central Luzon, causing moderate to rough seas.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast over Visayas and the rest of Luzon, and from the northeast to northwest over Mindanao.  Rappler.com
