MANILA, Philippines – The tail-end of a cold front will bring dark skies to southern Luzon, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its December 7 weather forecast.
Bicol Region and the Province of Quezon, PAGASA said, can expect cloudy skies with moderate to occasionally heavy rain and thunder. PAGASA also warned affected provinces of flashfloods and landslides.
Meanwhile, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos and the Aurora Province will experience cloudy skies with light rain. Metro Manila and the rest of the Philippines can look forward to partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms.
Strong winds from the northeast will cause moderate to rough coastal waters over Luzon. Other coastal areas can expect light to moderate waters with winds coming from the east to northeast. –Rappler.com
