MANILA, Philippines – Parts of Northern Luzon will still experience occassional rains due to a soutwest monsoon affecting the region on Saturday, August 9, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
In its 5 am bulletin Saturday, August 9, PAGASA said these skies will affect the Ilocos province, and the Batanes and Calayan group of islands.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will still be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the southwest over Luzon. Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the south to southwest.
