MANILA, Philippines – Northern Luzon will continue to be affected by the southwest monsoon on Sunday, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
In its 5 pm weather bulletin on Saturday, PAGASA forecasts that the Ilocos provinces, and the Batanes and Calayan group of islands will have occasional rains.
Elsewhere in the country, including Metro Manila, the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds from the southwest will prevail over Luzon. Its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Over Visayas, light to moderate winds will blow from southwest to west. Meanwhile, light to moderate winds blowing from southeast to southwest will prevail over Mindanao, which will have slight to moderate seas.
