MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila and Luzon provinces should brace for light rains on Wednesday, December 30, as the northeast monsoon affects Northern Luzon.
State weather bureau PAGASA said in its 5pm bulletin on Tuesday, December 29, that the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with light rains on Wednesday.
In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains are expected.
Over the rest of the Philippines, meteorologists forecast party cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
PAGASA also warned of moderate to strong winds over Northern Luzon, with moderate to rough coastal waters. In other parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas.
