MANILA, Philippines – It will still be rainy in parts of the country on Tuesday, December 20.

In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Monday, December 19, state weather bureau PAGASA said the northeast monsoon continues to affect Northern Luzon and Central Luzon.

The tail-end of a cold front is also affecting the eastern part of Southern Luzon.

Light to moderate rain and thunderstorms are expected in the regions of Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Caraga, as well as the province of Quezon.

There will also be light rain in Metro Manila, Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon.

The rest of the country will have just isolated rainshowers.

PAGASA added that coastal waters along Luzon will be moderate to rough, with moderate to strong winds. – Rappler.com
