MANILA, Philippines – The country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain caused by localized thunderstorms on Sunday, May 13.
This is due to the easterlies affecting the country, said state weather bureau PAGASA in its 24-hour weather bulletin on Saturday afternoon, May 12.
