MANILA, Philippines – The archipelago will have partly cloudy skies Wednesday, September 4, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

The ridge of a high pressure area is still extending across Luzon, the bureau said in its 24-hour forecast.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies will be experienced across the country, with isolated rain in some parts.

There is no tropical cyclone within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
