MANILA, Philippines – It will remain cloudy in the country for the next 24 hours, state weather bureau PAGASA said on Saturday afternoon, November 2.
In its 5 pm bulletin, PAGASA said an intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is still affecting Mindanao, causing cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Easterlies are also affecting eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.
Coastal seas will be moderate to rough over Luzon as moderate to strong winds blow from east to southeast. Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from east to northeast. – Rappler.com
