Cloudy, rainy Thursday in parts of Luzon, Samar

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies and some rain can be expected in parts of Luzon and Visayas on Thursday, November 14.

The low pressure area formerly named Zoraida was located 170 km northwest of Puerto Princesa City as of 4 pm Wednesday, state weather bureau PAGASA said in its 24-hour bulletin.

Cloudy skies with light to moderate rain can be expected in Samar, Bicol, Calabarzon, Central Luzon, Metro Manila and Mimaropa.

The rest of Luzon is forecast to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains, while the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

There are no tropical cyclones within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the bureau said.
