MANILA, Philippines – State weather service PAGASA notes a Northeast Monsoon will affect Luzon and Visayas. 

According to PAGASA’s forecast, The Caraga and Davao regions will have to deal with cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The bureau also says the rest of Luzon and Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while the rest of Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy and have isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Seafarers should note moderate to strong winds coming from the northeast will blow over Luzon and Visayas. Moderate to strong winds will also be coming from the northeast to north over Mindanao. As a result, coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be moderate to rough. – Rappler.com
